If you see him indicating to want to pee inside, simply pick him up and bring him outside to the bathroom spot.

Keep Your Dog In A Crate When You Are Away
A crate will help you discipline your dog when you are away or asleep. Your house will be in a complete mess when he roams freely inside your house while he still under your house training.

Do not let him stay for too long a time though, because instead messing with your house he will mess the crate itself. Once you are done with your business, let your dog outside.

Stay Positive 
Staying positive in House Training A Dog means that you do not use punishment but use reward instead. Like when he dirties your floor simply clean it up and take him to his designated bathroom spot.
